Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

This processing time applies to both custom and non-custom orders. Shipping transit time is additional and begins after your order has shipped.

If we need to discuss an adjustment to your custom design, we will contact you. Any resulting change to the shipping schedule will be communicated to you.

Shipping Rates

Orders of US$70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

For orders under US$70, available USPS shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Any available shipping upgrades and their charges will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected. Carrier delivery estimates do not include our order processing time.

Selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten the time needed to prepare or customize your order. Transit estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address after your order has shipped.
